This has TWO favs and TWO comments? What a mad, mad world. This is incredible! The tones are PERFECT for black and white, it was taken at JUST the right time, your composition rocks my socks off.

Absolutely beautiful! Totally captures the moment, where its just that kid and the ball and nothing else matters.

heh, quite frankly, i dont remember... i was in highschool then and the camera was borrowed from my grandfather (i didn't have my own equiptment back then) and i didn't know nearly as much about what i was doing, mainly just exposure and composition. i remember it was an older Canon Camera and i was using Tri-X film... thats about it... sorry i couldn't be more help, but thank you so much for the comment!
